Elena Vesnina (born 1 August 1986) is a Ukrainian-born Russian tennis player. Vesnina has won Grand Slam titles in doubles with her fellow Russian countrywoman Ekaterina Makarova.

Outside of doubles, Vesnina made the 2016 Wimbledon Championships semifinals in singles and is likely going to be seeded at the 2016 US Open; but she was seeded 19th in the singles draw and lost against Carla Suárez Navarro.

Vesnina won her biggest title in singles at the 2017 BNP Paribas Open, defeating her countryman Svetlana Kuznetsova from a set and 1-4 in the second set down.
