Patrick's big sister Sam comes for a visit. When Squidward intentionally insults her, Patrick, Sam, and Squidward have a fight over Squidward's properties that Sam wants to use for Patrick's new bigger rock that they made. Squidward wants his rightfully-owned house supplies back, but when Patrick and Sam refuse to give them back, Squidward tries to forget the whole thing and destroy their rock in retaliation, by either using a boulder or a bulldozer.Note: In season two, (Something Smells) Patrick said he doesn't have a sister.
